His journey took place in different sectors, from semiconductors, sports equipment production, aeronautics to metalworking. Tiago's background is in Demand and Production Planning, Operations Management, and Strategy, with more than ten years in team management in Manufacturing and Retail Multinationals.

Tiago cherishes working in multicultural teams where he feels he exceeds himself. Due to his curious character and resilient skills, he enjoys breaking paradigms, challenging people to do better, be more efficient and optimize processes to accomplish the defined goals.

Tiago brings to the table the ability to assimilate different realities and test models with diverse perspectives, accumulated by 15 years of experience in developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and teams in several highly demanding companies.
