With a degree in Geological Engineering and a Master's in Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, Carla has a resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional leadership skills that promote the best of each team member.

With a strong analytical mindset, Carla believes knowledge is not static. Therefore she is always in constant movement and often suspends her professional activity, sometimes radically, to acquire and update knowledge.
