INVESTING IN CONTINUOUS GROWTH

Guilherme defines himself as an eternal dissatisfied. A person of extreme curiosity and avid for more and more knowledge. It was this constant search that took him ever further in his professional career and this is the characteristic that best distinguishes him.

With a degree in civil engineering, Guilherme chose to constantly challenge himself and seek a less regular career, enrolling in a PhD in renewable energies and marine technologies. Here, he linked his initial training with two of his great passions: the sea and technology.

The PhD brought him more than technical knowledge, such as the ability to work autonomously in solving complex problems, resilience in extremely demanding contexts and achieving good results in competitive environments.

He has worked in different countries, such as Sweden and Denmark, where he coordinated teams and international projects. After these last 12 years working in the development of cutting-edge technology, Guilherme assumes he needs to leave his comfort zone and put his skills at the service of other areas in order to grow professionally. That is why he enrolled in IMBA, so that one day he may reach the position of CTO.
