With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and specialization in Product Development and Production Management, Frederico's fields of knowledge are Project Management, Product development, Operations, and Lean Management.

He holds a PMP certification from Project Management Institute and has demonstrated proven success orienting Engineering Project teams and Manufacturing teams in international and multicultural environments.

Frederico joined Bosch in 2015 as Plant Project Manager and was responsible for managing industrialization projects from planning, execution, monitoring, and control of mass production delivery. In 2019, he became Project Manager (Task Force Management) in Hannover, Germany, and moved back to Portugal a year later to be the Global Industrialization Project Manager. Nowadays, Frederico is the Module Project Manager at Vestas, an energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
