INSPIRATIONAL AND COOPERATIVE PROJECT LEADER

Paulo has over 20 years of experience in management and engineering, covering 600 projects in telecommunications, food and non-food retail, and Logistics throughout the mainland and islands.

With a degree in Eletrotecnic Engineer, he started as a project leader in 2000 at Sirti Telecomunicações, responsible for planning, coordinating, and budget control of all TV Cabo network installation work in the residential and commercial market. Later that year, he became Project manager at Optimus as part of the Towering Department responsible for the planning, coordination, and budgetary control of all installation work for mobile communication networks in GSM/DCS/UMTS technologies throughout the North of the country.

Paulo joined Sonae MC at the end of the year 2006 as Area Leader, integrated into the Store Development Department, and was responsible for monitoring the expansion plan of all projects such as the opening of new stores in the fit-out and store assembly and remodeling and interventions in Sonae MC's food and non-food retail stores. He was also part of the Expansion and Development Department in 2011 on the North Construction Direction and was responsible for coordinating the expansion plan of all projects for openings, renovations, and small interventions of Sonae MC's H&S brands in the North of the Country and Azores island.

Since 2020, as Area Leader in the Formats Construction Department he is responsible for coordinating the Expansion plan of all projects for openings, remodeling, and small interventions in all stores of the Health&Welness Department, monitoring international business in Spain and the Food and non-food areas.
