CREATIVITY AND CURIOSITY AS DRIVERS OF CHANGE.
There are many unique things to say about Mariana, but it can be said that curiosity and creativity are her two main work drivers. She has travelled to over 75 countries and says she wants to learn, create and idealise, constantly. Mariana is a passionate, creative and curious person who always brings a good working environment, focus, leadership skills and innovative results.
She studied Genetics in the UK and moved to Spain where she worked at IDIBELL hospital as a researcher. She then returned to London to start working for an agency - Cohn & Wolf now BCW - as a junior account. Here, she saw her first campaign as a manager, nominated for the SABRE & CIPR Excellence Awards.
Later, she decided to embrace the challenge of Accenture, as soon as the multinational invested in a new area, Accenture Digital. Here she worked, as an analyst, in the transformation area, right at the beginning of this phase of the company. Her biggest projects were the Galp brand, NOS, AT and some brands in the Angolan and Cape Verdean market. After the acquisition of Fjord - ACN's creative agency, she was appointed as one of the first consultants to join this new service and business design team.
With this experience, Mariana can now underline that she has skills in sociology, strategic management and communication, brand management and service design, all fundamental skills for any company.
