Ana is a senior Finance with more than eleven years of experience in financial reporting, controlling and management with special interest on business lead. She is an enthusiastic professional that wishes to embrace new projects that would allow her to merge her resilience and flexibility skills without losing a sense of purpose. She believes success is the outcome of hard work, knowledge, curiosity, persistence, dedication, and equilibrium in life!

She started her career as a team leader at AIESEC for two years and was a financial and management controller for nine years in a company specialized in architecture projects, coordination, and construction management projects.

Since 2019, she has embraced an exciting opportunity, in a multinational architecture company, as Chief Financial Officer with supervision responsibilities, decision making, strategic approach, the definition of in-house regulations, and support of the Executive Board in all financial aspects of the company.

With a collaborative approach, valuing networking and idea exchange, Ana's mission is to contribute to the institutional objectives in several different fields, leading by example while respecting and appreciating her peers.
