André is a highly dedicated, enthusiastic and organised professional, with a background in Mechanical Engineering and has managed projects for the automotive industry at Bosch and at Hutchinson, with clients such as Porsche and Daimler. He has proven his ability to manage extremely high demanding projects in close interaction with both customers and suppliers, while also leading the whole project team to the successful completion of the project within schedule, meeting the quality requirements and allocated budget, while regularly reporting the project status and financial performance to higher management.

He possesses strong social, analytical and communication skills and he is also fluent in several languages, including English, German and Spanish. Coming from a family of engineers, he was formatted since childhood with an engineering mindset, which eventually led him to go on to study an engineering course. While also interested in management, finance, and economics, André always had in mind his potential interest on pursuing a business career.

His strong analytical skills and being accustomed to use his decision-making and problem- solving skills, André quickly interprets all facts within a given problem to make well-founded decisions.
