Alfredo is a flexible person who adapts quickly to change and gets the most pleasure out of achieving a goal and the feeling of accomplishment. He likes to define a strategy, plan it and pursue it.

After graduating in Civil Engineering, he performed several functions in the Construction Industry, developed his responsibilities in the productions department through various supporting roles such as planning, cost control, execution function of construction in the field, and up to Director of operations.

Lately, Alfredo has been managing equipment to build and implement the equipment investment and human resources management.

For him, family and friends are what he appreciates most in his life.
