Savana has lived in 7 different countries - Brazil, USA, France, Japan, Panama, Switzerland, Portugal, and she still seeks to continue expanding the possibilities of living and exploring new challenges, cultures and experiences, as she is a natural challenge hunter.

Having been positively impacted by different cultures and languages, she has become extremely adaptable, resilient, and direct, with a tendency to be an outgoing speaker by articulating ideas to influence and inspire others.

After completing a degree in Business in the USA, she started her career as an HR trainee in a multinational organization in Brazil. Within this organization, she grew and held different international leadership positions, including People & Culture Coordinator and HR Business Partner, in Brazil and Panama for Latin America. She has also experienced the roles of Business Development and Innovation Management, both of which she also enjoyed and succeeded in.

Having lived in Portugal for the last 5 years, she currently holds the position of the Head of International Development at Porto Business School. Savana possesses a human-centered design mindset and believes that, together with sustainability goals, it must be at the core of any and all Business Endeavours.
