Benedita is a sharp-minded professional and a true problem solver, who finds motivation in fast-paced, high-pressure and demanding environments and constantly challenges herself outside her comfort zone. She claims to have an 'eye for detail' and therefore fosters trusting and reliable relationships with everyone.

With over 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions in a law firm, Benedita has assisted and advised multinational companies, in various national and international transactions, within multiple industries, from the energy sector to car manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Benedita has acquired expertise both in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, as well as in negotiation, management of cross-functional teams, risk assessment and client interaction. It was with her work experience, in Macau, that Benedita expanded her knowledge in different working methods and cultures, leading her to become a highly flexible professional.

Now, on her MBA, Benedita wanted to acquire a set of new business management skills, which she believes are fundamental to strengthening her career.
