Jorge uses innovative thinking to provide strategic planning to businesses and implements processes that can contribute to sustainable exploitation allowing for the generation of added value outputs.

He is a Mechanical Engineer experienced in Technical & Maintenance Management, focused on balancing operating accounts with reduced cost and close control of operational KPIs.

Since 2016, and while working at ANA Aeroportos S.A., on Porto Airport Technical & Maintenance Management Team, Jorge was able to execute new management and operational processes, more efficient, environmentally sustainable, with low carbon footprint tracked by KPIs necessary to keep the optimal level of the Airport facilities' operations. Alongside the Technical & Maintenance Management team, he was able to design and implement several energy-saving solutions and optimize the operations of systems of the Airport facilities, resulting in reducing operational costs. Jorge has also become a member of the company's strategic group for Energy Management.

With recently acquired skills through this Executive MBA, Jorge applied financial management techniques to improve budgeting processes and financial planning essential to management control and forecast. He believes his team members are at the core of every project success Jorge took part in due to his focus on investing in a shared vision and empowerment to inventive thinking.
