Celia is very oriented and committed to any project’s goals and is highly proficient in using her skills to motivate her team members, even in profoundly demanding circumstances.

With over 14 years of experience in Corporate Finance on international projects in Europe, Latin America, and Africa, Célia has been involved in several business valuations in different industries and is deeply engaged in feasibility studies, business plan/annual budget, and project finance projects.

She finished her degree in Economics from NOVA School of Business and Economics in 2007, and later that year, she became Senior Consultant at Deloitte, performing valuations of several companies, national and international, management of Data Room in merger and acquisition processes, and also intensely involved in Project Finance projects.

In 2012 she joined Detecon as Senior Corporate Finance Consultant to develop and manage decision support tools such as Corporate Business Plan, Financial and operational KPIs, and Projection of sensitivities scenarios. Later on, as Head of Group Relations Office at Unitel International Holdings, Célia was responsible for the coordination between the holding (incorporated in the Netherlands) and all the subsidiaries located in 3 different continents, ensuring operational control and compliance, reporting directly to the holding Board Members, managing a team of 14, distributed in the three different geographies. One of the main challenges in this role was implementing a savings plan to cut in 15% the annual operational costs in all Group companies.

Currently at ITCENTER, as a CFO, Célia manages the financial area and a team of ten members and is responsible for the monthly report to the Board and for the consolidation of the accounts of all Group companies.
