Most of those were devoted to Capwatt, an energy business within Sonae Capital, which has provided compelling challenges and opportunities to develop his management and leadership expertise.

Carlos has worked predominantly in Operations, where he started as a newly graduated engineer and later became a manager. Despite having relevant experience in project management within EPC and O&M, Carlos is often seen as a process improvement agent and a problem solver.
