EMPATHY TO CREATE LONG-TERM RESULTS

A law graduate, Mariana is an energetic, cheerful and, above all, empathetic person. These valuable qualities have already earned her a place among her colleagues in different contexts. Perhaps because of this, Mariana led and organised extra-curricular activities in secondary school and later at University and MBA.

Critical thinking and the ability to quickly identify problems and creatively find solutions are skills that Mariana's law degree enhanced, but that she has been able to develop and strengthen throughout her career. Her 4 years of experience at Leroy Merlin are a living proof of this path of growth and learning.

As a sales manager, she excelled and was able to produce results and align behaviors within teams, and as a result was invited to design and participate in “rescue” programs in stores underperforming, either in financials customer's or employees' KPIs.

What seemed like a good professional opportunity - the retail sector - became a passion. Today, Mariana intends to build a career in retail combining her personal characteristics with her training in this sector, which together with The International MBA will make her more complete and competitive professional, capable of reaching the next level.
