He has more than seven years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting in one of the largest technology companies in the world, as Word Wide Cost Consolidator at IBM. Among the achievements highlighted, Carlos was the innovation project leader for facilities reorganization and measurement costs in Brazil.

His urgent need to advance professionally and be one step ahead on global markets made Carlos apply for a scholarship abroad for a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance, in 2018. This experience in Madrid has widened Carlos' mind and made him wonder what would be his next step. Owner of diligent spirit, his mission is to remain updated on relevant knowledge and improve leadership skills.
