Carolina is a committed and goal-oriented professional who wants more than just be a leader. She wants to make things happen enhancing businesses. Her greatest goal? To inspire people. To that end, she relies on her powerful communication skills to act and initiate actions that really matter and develop the potential of teams, mitigating conflicts.

With over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, she has developed a career in the financial and professional services sector. During her career, especially at Popular Gestão de Activos in Lisbon, BPI in London and GAM Investment Management in Madrid, she has learnt that it is not only her solid asset management and advisory skills or client portfolio management that matter. Also very important are soft skills, such as resilience, relationship and team management. In Portugal, she had the opportunity to make things happen and built a strong network in Iberia, when she was country leader of specialized asset management publication - Funds People Portugal - between 2011 and 2015.

In 2018 Carolina was invited to join Deloitte as Marketing Coordinator for Financial Services Industry and Angola, after developing some activities within her entrepreneurial project - Carolina Vieira Consultoria - to relevant financial players in Portugal. At Deloitte she developed complementary skills such as strategic marketing, budgeting, event and project management, team management and leadership.

Recently, she embraced her family business - J. Justino das Neves - a wholesale distributor of steel products, challenging herself to take the company to a next level.
