One of her first challenges was teaching karate to young students and opening her karate school with her sisters and her father's support. She is genuinely determined to fight for her goals and seeks to surpass herself at every moment.

Daniela has been working in the banking sector since 2002, taken on various roles at Caixa Geral Deposits, from Sales Assistant, Manager of Private Clients and Clients Company. She assumed the role of Assistant Manager for ten years and has been a manager for over two years.

Since 2010, Daniela is responsible for decision-making, team leadership, people management, and customer relations. She is in an area that loves and challenges her daily due to the constant change in banking and people relationships.

Daniela has a particular interest in leadership and people management, which require a high level of empathy, communication, and teamwork. She cherishes being a Banking Manager and her commitment to the role, with the company and the Team.


She loves her children and the time she spends with them and all the activities they do together, as it is without a doubt the challenge of challenges, being a mother.
