AN ENGINEER ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE

Cristina collaborates in the R&D packaging field of Super Bock Group, being deeply involved in project management of innovation concepts and developing new business models.

Specialized in Polymer Engineering, Cristina began acting on a research project in the Polymer Department at the University of Minho. She soon started a Ph.D. project in Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering at the same university, developing her skills as a researcher and a result-driven mindset through self-learning and resilience to achieve her goals.

She takes on management and team leadership tasks in most of her projects and is constantly eager to increase her knowledge and ready to venture out of her comfort zone. Motivated, resourceful, and responsible, Cristina recognizes that there is always something new to learn and some aspect to improve. She enjoys taking on challenges and working as part of an R&D team, relying on her remarkable ability to develop new concepts/solutions and improve work processes.

She considers transparency, humility, and resilience as essential values for achieving results. With this MBA, Cristina hopes to secure a competitive advantage in Strategy, Management, Financial, and Leadership, plus new skills that will take her further.
