LEADING TECHNOLOGY/IT TEAMS WITH A GROWTH MINDSET

Born and raised in Porto, he inherited unique characteristics from the people of the North, such as hard work, commitment, and willingness to help. He's a tech enthusiast with a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

In 2007, Daniel began working at HP as a Tech Consultant before he graduated from university, making tremendous advancements in several projects in finance, energy, and healthcare sectors. He later progressed to a Solutions Architect role, designing architecture software for delivery team management, business requirements analysis, and proposal elaboration.

Then Daniel moved to KPMG Portugal in 2016 to be a project and team manager, where he developed several coaching and mentoring initiatives at Porto's office and delivered several projects in UK and Portugal. Since July 2021, Daniel has become Director of IT and Technology at Improve International - a well-established international UK company focused on providing veterinary professionals with the skills and knowledge required in practice. He has been developing the business technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap to ensure that the business achieves its growth targets.

Daniel's key strength is a profound understanding of commitment: either with a task, to a customer, to colleagues, deadlines, or a corporation.
