Pedro is a resilient and dynamic person who combines focus, leadership and his problem-solving skills to achieve solid results.

As a teammate, he is kind, friendly and someone who wants to create value while sharing success with everyone. A communicator and good listener, he appreciates the exchange of ideas and opinions and considers this to be a crucial phase value creation and growth for everyone. Steadfast, passionate and dedicated to the projects he proposes, he is always willing to learn more and improve concepts.

With a degree in civil construction, he started working in Portugal early on, as a trainee in the projects department of Ponte da Barca Municipal Council. From there he went on to an international internship in Angola, where he worked closely with the Ministry of Energy and Water. After this period, he returned to Portugal and shortly after was hired to work as a construction manager at a major construction company specialising in bridges and dams. During his five years at this company, he went from Site Engineer in England, to Director of the Belgium and Holland Branch, where he was responsible for a small technical team and almost 80 construction workers.

Pedro considers this to have been the most gratifying experience of all. This adventure has now allowed him to develop skills and knowledge in the areas of management, leadership, logistics and cost control.
