A MIND OPEN TO CONSTANT CHALLENGES

Catarina always embraces a new and exciting challenge with an open mind. Her energetic and focused problem-solving approach makes her an exceptional asset for any international team.

After finishing her degree in Civil Engineering, Catarina understood that constant risks and unforeseen challenges were an opportunity to continuously overcome herself. Since then, she has built a diverse and solid international career in countries such as the US and UK, in facility management, procurement, purchasing and contract management areas.

Catarina’s last great challenge, a unique experience in a Portuguese construction company in England, influenced her to redirect her career to contract, project management and procurement, as a member of an on-site team responsible for a £16m contract within the Mersey Gateway Bridge Project, in England (project that earned several national and international awards such as IABSE Outstanding Structure Award for 2019). This experience gave her tremendous expertise on how to deal with the inconstancies of a live project. Her solid international career improved her creativity for seeking different solutions to every problem in fast pace and multicultural environments, thus ensuring every project success.
